Do you have aspirations of working a salon space that already has high traffic? Dream of owning your own book of business in a small salon? Do you want to be mentored by one of Houston's top hair stylists? Then rent a salon suite, not just a salon chair, from us and we'll work with you to make your dream a reality.
Here at Marbella Salon we have salon space for rent in our studio. No long term contracts. Either way it would be our honor to have you working your own studio suite in our salon. The biggest thing we may have been missing is you.
What do I get if I rent a salon suite?
Your salon chair will be in a private suite in our studio space that is uniquely yours and won't be shared. You'll get access to our location during normal operating hours and a fun place to take care of your customers. The salon is on the second floor in a very open space overlooking the downtown sky line. We have a break room available and complementary WiFi. There is plenty of parking in the front and back of the building, 20 spots, at AvantGarden plus the street parking.
How much does the rental cost?
We rent and lease salon space for a weekly fee of $250 regardless of how much business you do.
How long are the rental contracts?
No long-term contracts. Payment is due at the beginning of the month.
What are the Hours of Operation?
Mon: Closed, Tues-Fri: 10m–8pm, Saturday: 9am-6pm, Sunday: 12am-6pm
What's involved in the mentoring?
We have been styling hair in different studios for 20+ years and have truly learned how to manage every type of hair. If you are working in our salon at your own rented chair, ask me anything you want. Observe how we take care of our current customers. Nothing teaches you like watching and doing. You will have incredible stylists at your disposal so use what you have. We offer you business advice as well as one-on-one monthly meetings to help you push forward your own book of business.
Do I need my own tools?
When you lease a suite in our studio we provide:

- On-Site Laundry
- Facilities and Maintenance Techs
- Professional Cleaning for Common Areas, 6 Days Per Week
- Surround Sound Satellite Music
- All Utilities, Including WIFI
- 24 Hour Access to Secure Building
